Service delivery policy

Kundli, matching, panchang and similar results are shown instantly on the site once you enter your details.

Messages are delivered in the app immediately. Pandits reply when they are available, and we send you an email notification when a reply arrives.

• Online sessions take place at the date and time agreed in the accepted booking, through the method the pandit and you agree in chat.
• In-person services take place at the address you gave in the booking, at the agreed time. Please be available and reachable.
• If a pandit cannot deliver, you are refunded as described in our Refund policy.
